Building proprietors John and Lisa Nixon, with fifth-generation Yreka roots, invite our Siskiyou County citizens, soon-to-be residents, and travelers to enjoy safe, secure, indoor climate-controlled self-storage services AND, brought to you by our retail tenant Madrone Hearth & Home, an array of furniture and treasures to adorn the home and gift to friends and family (with proceeds benefitting our beloved local Hospice House). Yreka’s beautiful legacy building at 204 S. Broadway St., originally constructed to house the J.C. Penney Co. store and later home to Blacks Furnishings and the Broadway Furniture Gallery, has been reborn! “Our mission was renewed vibrancy for the building and downtown Broadway Street traffic,” says John. “We saw a need for indoor climate-controlled self-storage, so we made the investment to fill it.”

“For the front windows, keeping them interesting and esthetically beautiful was our goal,” says Lisa.
